It's about heart rate training, finding that sweet spot where slow and steady truly wins the race (zone 2 training and 80/20 plan). So let's lace up those shoes, step out with determination, and embrace the joy of moving miles, one step at a time.
Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, being a good stewart of our beating heart and breath in our lungs celebrates God's perfect design for we are wonderfully made.
