My dog Blu crushed 21 miles with me this week, he hit a weekly PR!!!!! Mama ran 53 miles and looking forward to a rest day tomorrow. All this morning running makes breakfast key to a successful day. Chef Honey baked eggs in red & yellow peppers with raw cheese this am. During the week: steel-cut oats with strawberries+walnuts+amasai, eggs+millet/chia toast, or corn pap (South African breakfast) and pancakes (after my Sat run). Have been trying to get back into my green smoothies but coffee has also been integral to the morning – lol….so my goal this week will be to include a smoothie a day.
