Last week I changed my instagram name for the 3rd time 🤦🏽‍♀️ Maybe it’s coz I am approaching the milestone of the big 5-0 🎂...and its kinda feeling like a mid-life crisis...lol. But then saying that out loud makes me smile - coz YA, I am MID-way to 100 🙌🏼 And that is the goal. Matt's grandmother lived to 101 years and I loved her so much in so many ways. So, there is that.... actually KNOWING someone who lived that long.

I am also obsessed with old ladies running 🤣 - I watch 90 year olds sprint across a track breaking world records, seventy year old grandmothers running marathons. I watch Blue zone documentaries and the book learning how to live with vitality into old age: Live to 100 - Secrets of the Blue Zones. It’s on netflix..have you seen it?

🎂 Hitting 50 this year isn't just about adding another candle to my cake; it's looking back (my word for 2024 is REMEMBER) and looking forward. And as I stand at this mile marker, I'm filled with so much gratitude for the blessings in my life, including the opportunity to walk alongside you on our shared path toward health + wellness.

🛑 Vulnerable alert - the next 50 in my biz is going to be more than chatting about natural solutions and essential oils. I am going to dive deeper into three categories: Jesus + Joy +  Jogging. The big picture of my MANY things that will work toward the goal of 100 years.

I am stepping back into creating + designing - resources, tools, all the things, to serve and create community.
